Dr. Harrington and her staff have a combined total of more than 55 years of plastic surgery experience. Meet Our Staff
Kathy Matson is the Executive Director and Patient
Coordinator for Harrington Plastic Surgery. Since 1987,
Kathy has worked in plastic and reconstructive
surgery, and she is a member of PSAA (Plastic Surgery
Administrative Association). Kathy assists Dr. Harrington in both the pre-operative
and post-operative phases of patient care. She helps
to educate and coordinate patients and their families
throughout the surgical and healing process.
Kim Starr assists Dr. Harrington in both the clinic
and operating room, and plays an integral role on
the team. With experience in plastic surgery since 1986,
Kim helps each patient to understand that their
questions and concerns are vital components in
the journey toward wholeness. Addressing the
needs of patients, with the highest regard for the
individual, is what makes her uniquely approachable.
