As seen in her profile-view photos, her new curves flatter her slim frame very well. Even though she had very little breast tissue to begin with, her gummy bear implants have given her a very smooth, natural looking shape that looks very proportional for her body.

Patient underwent breast augmentation and due to mild asymmetry.

Patient had severe congenital asymmetry of her breasts and areolas (A cup on the right and C cup on the left) desired improved breast symmetry with an increase in size on the right and a lift on the left. She underwent a minimal incision breast lift on the left using the Laser Bra. This resulted in a lollipop-shaped incision rather than the traditional anchor-shaped scar. On the right side she underwent breast augmentation.

had undergone three previous breast implant surgeries by other surgeons with suboptimal results which she desired to improve. She also had substantial stretching and droopiness of her left nipple from breast feeding, and she desired a shorter nipple that better matched her other side.

Thirteen years earlier the patient underwent her first breast operation by another surgeon, the placement of 350cc saline implants on top of the pectoralis major muscle.

Three years later the patient elected to exchange her implants for larger 450cc saline implants also placed on top of the muscle.

Three years after that she underwent her third breast operation (also by another surgeon) to remove her saline implants and replace them with 570cc high profile silicone gel implants placed under the muscle.

The large implants caused the skin between the breasts separated from the sternum creating a deformity called synmastia (one breast rather than two). She also was bothered by implant ripples.

Dr. Stevens corrected the damage by removing her implants and her breast capsules were divided and then sutured to her ribs to recreate the normal space between the breasts. Also performed a nipple reduction
